How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders received by 12pm PST will ship the same day. All orders ship via UPS ground. Depending on your location, delivery could take 2 to 7 business days to arrive within the United States. International orders can take anywhere from 7-16 days to arrive.

What is Your Return Policy?
We offer a 30-day no questions asked return policy on non-monogrammed orders. Unbox your AFIFR, play some music, and "let your ears be the judge". We do ask that returns be in "like new" condition. Do you ship overseas?
No. Unfortunately, we only ship to the domestic US states. If you are located in another country or located in parts of the US that require special handling air freight such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Guam shipping costs will apply,and will be added at checkout.
